120ml Full Fat Coconut Milk or Cream
200g Granulated Sugar
1 Tablespoon of Nitto Jozo White Soy Sauce 900ml
Splash of Halen Mon Oak Smoked Water
Stir the sugar in a saucepan. Stir continuously as it starts to bubble but be careful not to burn it.
Add in the Coconut Milk or Cream and continue to stir until it thickens. Remove from the heat, stir in the soy sauce and splash of Oak smoked water and let it cool for a couple minutes before serving.
