Yawataya Isogoro Shichimi Togarashi is a special blend of Shichimi that has a long history dating back to 1736 in the Zenkō-ji temple in the mountains of Nagano. Yawataya's secret recipe shichimi creates a spicy flavour and a fabulous aroma. A standard condiment in quality ramen and soba houses throughout Japan
This shichimi is a mixture of white pepper, ginger, shiso, sansho, cinnamon, sesame, rape seed nanba chilli pepper.
