Conservation: Keep Frozen (-18C). Defrost thoroughly for 24hs under refrigeration (0 to 5C) and use within 30 days. Once opened consume within 24hs. For best result, just before using, remove from the fridge and leave the pastry to reach room temperature.
Preparation: The pastry is suitable for BAKING or FRYING.
Baking: Preheat oven at a temperature of 180C and Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. You may like to brush the pastry with egg before baking to achieve a beautiful gold bright colour.
Deep Frying: Fry in a preheated oil at a temperature of 180C and fry the empanada for 2 - 3 minutes or until it turns into light brown colour.
