Scatter the golden pearls over salads as an alternative to conventional dressings. Or carefully spoon a few pearls on top of canapes for an eye-catching garnish. The Arbequina Caviaroli are particularly good with salmon, white fish, artichokes, asparagus and avocado.
Caviaroli make their range of olive oil caviar in Esparreguera, just to the north west of Barcelona. The intense colours and flavours open up new possibilities when it comes to the presentation of food and drink. Caviaroli keep their texture even up to 60°C, so you can even use them to garnish hot dishes.
Each 50g jar of Caviaroli contains 10-15 servings.
