The white truffle oil pearls are an exquisite match for almost any dish that contains potatoes, cheese, mushrooms, eggs, or all four! Caviaroli also recommend serving the white truffle pearls with baby eels.
Caviaroli make their range of olive oil caviar in Esparreguera, just to the north west of Barcelona. Caviaroli keep their texture even up to 60°C, so you can even use them to garnish hot dishes.
Each 50g jar of Caviaroli contains 10-15 servings.
Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil (96%), water, gelling agent: E401, white truffle aroma, stabiliser: E509, acidity regulator: E330, preservative: E202. May contain traces of sesame and nuts.
