Giuseppe Giusti’s sweet and sour white balsamic condiment is aged for 5 years, to develop the perfect balance of sharp, syrupy flavour. White balsamic has a fresher and more fruity taste than dark vinegars, and is wonderful as a cooking ingredient to season white fish, or used to lift flavour from a pan after searing meat and vegetables. It’s even beautiful tasted on a spoon.
Try it with quality olive oil to make a versatile vinaigrette dressing for avocado, mozzarella and freshly torn basil.
