This Family run business simply strives for the best quality salt. Their Sea Water is gathered from an uninhabited area of the rugged Oga Peninsula which projects into the Sea of Japan. The Cherry wood used in the process is locally sourced and burnt to enhance the graceful flavour of this salt.
