Wild yuzu juice comes from wild yuzu trees that have not been grafted. They grow ramdomly along the Tokushima prefecture tracks. The yuzu fruits produced by these wild trees are very rare because there are only 500 trees left in the whole prefecture. Wild yuzu give a more intense and sweet juice.
